Sales Manager- Wind Power is responsible for all aspects coordinating sales, distribution, including establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals for Hydratech Wind Power. This manager will also analyze sales leads, future sales potential, inventory requirements and monitoring the preferences of customers. This position is responsible for maintaining current customer relations and sales, increasing new customer sales, and providing a positive customer experience.
A thirty day (30 day) written notice of intent to terminate employment is required in order to receive payment of any accrued paid time off.
High School Diploma and 5-10 years sales experience in Wind. Previous background should include knowledge of hydraulic cylinders; as well as, a demonstrated ability to deal with customers. Engineering background preferred but not required.

POSITION PHYISICAL DEMANDS:
Walking, sitting and standing with lifting expected to exceed 25 pounds in weight. Bending, reaching, squatting and stretching as necessary to complete the task. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. This position requires an extended time at a computer and on the telephone.

EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED:
Coordinate the work schedule to encompass assigned coverage area.
Assist Hydratech Wind Power Denmark in providing service to current customers
Utilizes knowledge of Hydratech Industries policies and procedures to make decisions and implement operational practices as appropriate to varying situations.
Participate in Outside Sales marketing plan inclusive of all required reporting and tracking mechanisms.
Utilizes lists of prospective customers for use as Wind Power sales leads, based on information from various sources
Receive telephone requests for price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations directly from domestic customers, original equipment manufacturers and distributors.
Use CRM to manage customer and prospect information and relationships.
Investigate and resolve customer problems with deliveries, records customer complaints and measures customer satisfaction.
Maintain good customer relationships to provide the best possible service including service follow-up with new customers
Create and present presentations upon request to new customers to ensure good customer service and provide potential sales.
Provide timely reporting as necessary for established protocols and sales procedures and/or status
Ensure that leads are generated in order to increase the sales pipeline and therefore increase both the marketing and sales success rate
Monitor immediate lead follow up (within 24 hours) including qualification of the lead and prospect contact
Encourage staff to send out information packets and follow up in one week to set up a sales presentation
Ensure that staff continues creating interest with the prospect until the sales presentation is delivered
Assist in the establishment of a relationship between the prospect and the assigned sales representative
Constantly look for quantity, quality and cost effectiveness of leads
Actively markets a lead referral program
Develop rapport, relationships and is fair and equitable with all resources and leads with all sales people
Ensure contact with each sales person to get/give updates on all prospect he/she is working on
Attend, create, host, network seminars and “get togethers” with the intention of developing sales leads
Perform other tasks as assigned.
